Paramount Global and its related entities, including Network Ten Pty Limited and VIMN Australia Pty Limited (“Paramount”, “we”, “us”), collects and handles your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, so that we can review, assess, manage and verify your Application, determine your eligibility and suitability to participate in the Program, provide you with appropriate care and support, communicate with you about your Application, the application process and the Program, and produce the Program. If you progress through the application, assessment and casting process, we may collect further information from you or about you from third parties (for example in the context of background, social media or adverse media checks) in order for you to participate in that process and potentially in the Program. If you do not provide Paramount with the personal information Paramount asks for or if the information provided is incorrect or incomplete, then you may forfeit the opportunity to be considered for participation in the Program. We may disclose your personal information to third party service providers who help us to provide our services to manage and handle such applications and associated information and to produce the Program, including the agency that will conduct background, social media and adverse media checks. In addition to Australia, these third parties may have servers located in the USA, UK, Ireland and Singapore, and you consent to this disclosure. Your sensitive information (including information about your physical, mental and sexual health, and any criminal record) will be accessible only to designated senior production and broadcasting staff at Paramount ANZ, other relevant people at Paramount who reasonably need to have such access, the production psychologist and the production GP.
