We are now casting for a potential new series

The Dog House Australia is a heart warming television series that sees wonderful rescue dogs placed in a new ‘furever' home.
We take the time to work hand-in-hand with the Animal Welfare League NSW, an established rescue shelter, to match you with the best dog for you or your group. In order for us to do this, please be as honest and detailed as possible in your application.

This is an opportunity for you to tell your story and help us show people how these beautiful animals can be the perfect pet when matched with the right owners.

This application can be saved as a draft to be completed later. You will be emailed a link to access it for completion, but you may need to check your "Junk" or "Spam" folder. Please make sure you have a picture of the applicant(s) saved onto your desktop, so you can add it to the application easily.
If you nominate someone else, you must have obtained their consent to provide their details (and any images) you submit. If your application includes details (including images) of anyone other than you, you must have obtained each person’s consent to provide those details about them.

Nominator/applicant and nominee must be at least 18 years of age.
Nominator/applicant and nominee must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
Has not previously appeared on the program.

COLLECTION STATEMENT Network Ten Pty Limited (Ten) and its parent company Paramount Global, collects and handles your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, so that we can review, assess, manage and verify your Application, determine your eligibility and suitability to participate in the Program, and communicate with you about your Application, the application process and the Program. If you progress through the application, assessment and casting process, we may collect further information from you in order for you to participate in that process and potentially in the Program. We collect this information to administer this process and produce the Program (including sharing this collected information with the relevant animal welfare or animal re[1]homing organisation involved in the Program to assess participation in the Program and in animal re-homing activity). If you do not provide Ten with the personal information Ten asks for or if the information provided is incorrect or incomplete, then you may forfeit the opportunity to be considered for participation in the Program. We may disclose your personal information to third party service providers who help us to provide our services to manage and handle such applications and associated information and to produce the Program. These third parties have servers located in the USA, UK, Ireland and Singapore, and you consent to this disclosure.
